Tyanna chose to become a speech therapist as it allowed her to combine her love of science and education to directly impact others lives for the better. She believe that communication is a fundamental human right and that every child deserves the opportunity to express themselves fully. The ability to help children overcome their challenges in order to find their voice is the most fulfilling and rewarding part of her life.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her fiancee and dog. She also likes trying new restaurants, traveling, and visiting family back in NC.
