Keiarah started with ABA to Z in 2023 as an RBT, rose to the position of Caseload Manager/RBT, and was hired as a BCBA in early 2024. She got into pediatric services because she has had a love of working with kids since she was 12. She did a lot of babysitting throughout high school and her first job was at a daycare. While working on her degree in psychology she focused heavily on child developmental, psychological, and behavioral disorders, and wanted to continue working in that field following completion of her bachelors degree. Her learning and behavior professor introduced her to the field of ABA and she has had a love and passion for it ever since.
Outside of work, you can catch her kickboxing, snuggling up with her cat while watching reality tv, or taking a vacation (primarily in California). She also loves food and is always looking for new places to try!
